Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility

    2.2. Once the RMA number is obtained, customers should securely package the product and clearly indicate the RMA number on the return package. 2.3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
    2.4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
    2.5. The customer bears the risk of loss or damage during the return shipping process until the product is received by us.
  3. Refund Process
    3.1. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria outlined in section 1.
    3.2. If the product is deemed eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days.
